Subprocessors

Rackor Model Intelligence relies on a small number of vendors ("subprocessors") to operate the hosted Service. Each processes information on our behalf under contractual obligations to protect it. We update this page before adding or replacing a subprocessor. This list does not apply to the self-hosted mode, where you operate the application and database on your own infrastructure.

Current subprocessors

Heroku (a Salesforce company), United States — cloud hosting for the application and database.
Stripe, United States — payment and subscription processing, and sales-tax calculation via Stripe Tax. Rackor does not store full payment-card details.
Resend, United States — transactional email (account, verification, and billing messages).
OpenRouter, United States — default AI inference for features Rackor operates directly, such as AI-generated questions. This does not cover the model endpoints you connect yourself, which you operate under your own agreements.
